Mirah Method™ programs are wellness and lifestyle programs.They do not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.Participants are advised to consult their physician before beginning any fitness or dietary program.
3. Assumption of Risk
Participation in physical activity and dietary programs involves inherent risks.By enrolling, you voluntarily assume all risks related to:• Physical exercise
• Dietary changes
• Outdoor activities (walks, temple visits, nature exposure)

4. Payment & Refund Policy
• Full or partial payment is required to secure your seat.
• Retreat seats are limited and application-based.
• Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
• Transfers may be allowed at the discretion of Mirah Method™.
5. Code of Conduct
Participants must:• Maintain respectful behavior
• Follow retreat guidelines
• Respect silence protocols (for Soul Retreats)
• Avoid disruptive or inappropriate conductFailure to comply may result in removal without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on mirahmethod.com, including text, logos, branding, and program frameworks, is the intellectual property of Mirah Method™ and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
7. Media Consent
Mirah Method™ may capture photographs or videos during retreats for promotional purposes.Participants may opt out in writing before the retreat begins.
8. Force Majeure
Mirah Method™ is not responsible for cancellations due to events beyond control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mirah Method™ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation.
10. Governing Law
